Kidspatch.com has four ways for you to order software and books:
1. SECURE ON-LINE CREDIT CARD ORDER:
Use the electronic shopping cart to select your
software and complete your order with on-line forms. Your order will
be computed including shipping/handling charges and California State Sales
Tax (if applicable). The system uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology
to transmit information with a high level of encryption during transmission
between your computer and our secure server. This assures the security
of sensitive information such as credit card data. It is not necessary
to be in the secure mode while shopping. Kidspatch.com accesses
the secure server for the shopping cart and for the processing of all your
personal data, such as credit card information. You know when
you have loaded a secure page by the following: If your browser is
Netscape Navigator, you will see a lock symbol in the lower left corner
in the locked position; if your browser is Microsoft Internet Explorer,
you will see a yellow lock in the lower center will appear. The on-line
ordering system is the fastest way to process your order and is open 24
hours a day.
2. TELEPHONE ORDERS:
Call our toll free Order Line (8:00 a.m. - 6:00
p.m. PST) to place orders directly with Kidspatch.com at 1(800) 401
- 4671. If one of our representatives
is not available, please leave your name and number and we will call you
back.
3. ON-LINE ORDER COMPLETION / OFF-LINE
FAX OR MAIL:
This method can be used if your browser does
not support the Secure Socket Layer technology or if you prefer to send
your order by FAX or Mail. You may want to pay by check or money
order or by credit card without transmitting your information on-line.
This order method will allow you to complete the entire order using the
on-line forms which you print on your local printer to FAX or mail along
with your desired method of payment. The order forms will be completed
in full with shipping/handling charges and applicable California State
Sales tax (if applicable) computed for you.
4. OFF-LINE ORDER COMPLETION / OFF-LINE
FAX OR MAIL:
This method uses
a manual Blank
Order Form which
you print to your local printer and complete all of the information off-line.
This is similar to a standard mail order form where you fill out your order
information, add shipping/handling charges and State tax ( if any) and
then FAX or Mail along with your check/money order or credit card data.
You will need to copy down the software title and price when you are in
the on-line store or print the page. The form contains the shipping/handling
charge information and the current California State Sales Tax percentage
(if shipping to a California location).

Please allow additional time if paying by check, since it usually takes from one week to 10 days for checks to clear. All checks and money orders must be in U.S. dollars. Checks must be drawn on a U.S. Bank and have the bank routing number (ABA code) micro encoded on the bottom of the check.

Shipping Information
Kidspatch.com
is currently shipping software orders only to the United States and Canada.
U.S. locations include Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories(Puerto Rico,
Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands). We also ship to all Armed Forces
APO/FPO addresses as long as a zip code is provided.
Books orderdered through our affiliation with
Amazon.com are shipped world-wide.
SHIPPING METHODS:
Domestic U.S. orders are shipped normally via
the USPS Priority Mail which reaches most U.S. domestic locations in two
to three business days. Orders to Canada are normally shipped via
USPS International Air and shipping time varies depending upon location.
Canadian orders weighing in excess of 4 pounds may be shipped via another
delivery service and are subject to actual and additional shipping charges.
In all cases, we attempt to use an expedient shipping method but also at
a reasonable cost to the customer. The customer is required to pay
any additional local charges or costs, such as custom duties, if required.
SHIPPING TIME:
Since we keep a limited supply of software in
stock, delivery is subject to availability of products from suppliers.
Generally, most orders are sent in 3 - 5 business days. Total shipping
time is computed by adding the processing time and the shipping time together.
In addition, if paying by check, please allow up to 10 additional business
days for checks to clear. In the event your shipment may exceed two
weeks because of a back-order condition at a supplier (this is fairly uncommon),
we will notify you of the delay.

Kidspatch.com will return your payment in full for software purchases, if returned within 15 days after receipt. Returned merchandise must be in its original, unopened, packaging with seals unbroken. Payment for returns are exclusive of shipping/handling charges and charges paid by you to return the item. In the event we made a mistake on the order, we will gladly reimburse your shipping/handling charges. These shipping reimbursements are limited in amount to regular USPS Priority Mail or USPS International Air Freight only. We cannot reimburse for second day or next day air or other priority carrier shipping methods.
If the software is damaged during shipment sufficiently to render it unusable we will replace it with a replacement version, upon receipt and inspection of the damaged merchandise.
To avoid returns, please read the product hardware requirements carefully to ensure you are purchasing software that is compatable with your Personal Computer.

In the event the software fails to load or perform as described in the original documentation, we require that you first read the included help files distribued with the software and first seek assistance from the software manufacturer/distributor. Generally, they provide documentation on frequently asked questions about installation or known incompatabilities with their software versions. Some supply assistance and/or help desk technicians for troubleshooting problems. Since we are a software vendor (similar to a retail store) we cannot supply technical assistance.
We encourage you to register your software with
the manufacturer to receive information about future upgrades of the product.
